...but apparently, my friend Gretchen took me off her home screen because I hadn't updated. Wow, give a girl a break, G, I've just been over an ocean and back sharing Jesus with refugees! Gosh.
Ha! No seriously, I'm definitely over prepping, packing, traveling and my jet lag. Time to get back at it. Thanks for the motivation, girl!
Activities are in full swing including swimming and baseball. Practices, lessons, scrimmages….
And as always, Luke tags along and begs to do anything Layton is doing. He actually stood by the baseball field and cried, with his bat because he wanted it to be “my turn to hit ball”, he said. Same thing happened at swim lessons…… he starts taking off his shirt saying, “I swim now, my turn”. Oh me. I may have to sign him up extra early, so it can be "his turn!"
And we are the PADRES! Layton is in the "coach pitch league", which means no tee to hit off of......it's big boy ball!
*Layton is the youngest on his team and is doing so well. He is just 4, and many are already 6! I was worried that it would be too difficult, but he has risen above my expectations.

We are loving seeing our little boy do such BIG things. It is really fun. Yet, it still sometimes seems unreal
that he is becoming this person with talents. Wow. Good
stuff.
He loves his swim coach, Vinny. He is great with him and has taken him completely under his wing.

That's all for now.
