He did it!

My little bro, Bryan, graduated from Seminary with his Masters in Divinity.  We were so proud:) and.........doubly proud that he will begin his PhD studies in January!

It's like a flashback for me, as I vividly remember him receiving his Kindergarten diploma, just a few years ago.  ha!  In all seriousness, I am five years older than him and I DO remember him graduating in a little white robe, a tiny tassel and paper certificate.  

I just about died laughing as I watched him take his seat, only to peek inside to see if the diploma was there:)
Yep, no paper certificate this time, it was the real deal!

It was a beautiful day, unlike a average December afternoon, we were quite comfortable outside after the ceremony.

So, of course, we took the opportunity to take family pictures to remember this special day.

Bryan was surrounded with the people he loves the most...

Blake and I went childless, as it was a two hour ceremony.  It was definitely the right choice to leave the boys with Olivia, my cousin/babysitter.  We ate lunch and shopped afterwards, so it made for a great day!

While we were gone...I received a few funny pictures from Layton! He and Olivia were playing around with Photo Booth on our Mac. It made me smile knowing they were having fun!
