One last time

We went swimming one last time before the pool closed for the season.  There was no one there except us, it was like having a private pool...all to ourselves!

Luke and I sat under the umbrella and watched Layton swim...

But I couldn't help but take a few pictures of how sweet and content he looked sitting there in the shade.

And then Luke and I joined Layton in the pool.

He sat and played with the small geysers in the zero entry area.  He wanted to "grab" them so badly!  ;)
  I loved watching those little chubby hands try, over and over again.

And then he wanted to kiss them...

Soon, big brother took a break from swimming and came over to play.

Our last day at the pool.

Until next summer.

Luke will return as a busy 16 month old, who won't be content to sit under the shade with Mommy next year.  I'll be chasing a toddler around the pool.
