Bible "School"

Layton's first day of "school"!  

And he was so excited!  Blake and I prayed about this decision, whether or not to send him to a Mother's Day Out, a 3 year old preschool or keep him home one more year, but after he seemed to blossom over the summer, we knew he was ready.  Besides it's only twice a week until noon, so it works perfectly!

The preschool is at a local church, where he also attended VBS this summer.  So, he thinks it is Bible school everyday!  I wish our church had a school program, but we don't :(

His teacher, Mrs. Bryant.  She is wonderful!  

So caring, nurturing and most of all, she loves our little man!

To say that Layton is loving every minute is truly an understatement!

He didn't cry when I dropped him off and has walked in like a BIG boy everyday since!  

Luke and I are also enjoying our special time together, soon we will be going to the library and music class!  I am excited that I'll have time to do things with JUST with him, since Layton did all of these things when he was a baby/toddler, I want to experience them with Luke too!
