First Family of Four Vacay

Since Luke was born, we have always had grandparents travel with us for beach vacations.  

Grandparents = extra hands, date nights, nap helpers, & FUN for the boys!  

BUT....

IT WAS TIME. 

Time to venture out & go on our first vacation.  

Just the four of us. 

We started out on Thursday, 

but not before visiting with our sweet Burmese friends and learning about Noah. 

and a little rest before beginning our long car ride. 

and then it was go time. 

Fruit loops, drinks, and movies. 

(remember the days when you had to stare at your brother or sister for the entire 12 + hours!

 or play silly games like "I Spy!"  Times have changed.) 

But coloring still rules in our house, and it came in handy!

A little snuggle while we bought gas at the state line.  

Luke woke up and wanted to be cuddled.  A-OK with me!  

AND THEN.....

We arrived and treated ourselves with some yummy yogurt!   

......and then decided to go and check out our 'crib' for the week.  

*Yes, he is naked....we took him to the bathroom and he came out with NO clothes on.  

But, he successfully made it accident free all the way to Florida.  Yay, Lukey!

Soooo, without wasting any time....off we went.
