What I'm Loving

I'm LOVING....

....the cooler days and even cooler nights.  Hello, Fall!

....the sound of my two year old playing, independently, by himself.  Hearing him imagine makes me happy!

.....the anticipation of our 10 year anniversary trip to Hawaii (eeeeekkkkk!)..... in 46 days. But who's counting?
It will be the first time Blake and I have ever been away from the boys for more than 4 days (separately for business/mission trips, but not together as a couple for vacation).  It's our first REAL getaway as parents in 5 years.  I'm giddy!  We feel a little bit like honeymooners all over again.

.....bubble necklaces & chunky jewelery.  Will they please never go out of style?!  I've turned into my grandmother who always loved this type of jewelry too:)

......my latest Bible study.  We are learning about the women of the Old Testament and it is very interesting to see who God used and why and how we can apply it to our lives as women, wives and mothers. 

......the boys sharing one room & decorating again!  It's fun to pick out new wall decor, curtains and come up with cute ideas!

......my two big potted mums on my front porch.  They make me smile!

......that I get to be an Aunt again!  Yay for my little nephew, Collin, who will be here in November & Luke will officially be a BIG cousin for the first time!

.....my alumni school, Western Kentucky University's football team, defeated UK in an overtime game! WHOOOHOO!  (Blake was at the game, I was so jealous!) It's not that I'm not a fan of the Wildcats, I am; except when they play Western, because you always cheer for YOUR school!   Go TOPS!

......skpying, tweeting and emailing/FBing my friends in Africa, whether it be Parker, Biba, Cephas or Odette, it's a joy and reminds me to pray for a country that I have fallen in love with. 

......my new Lifeproof iPhone case.  Submerge it in water, run over it with a car.....it will protect against anything!  Thank you! Because I need it to be lifeproof.

 .....a cute little 5 year old someone who likes to sneak into our bed in the early hours of the morning and snuggle with his Momma:) Bliss.
