Happy Two Months To My Littlest Baby Boy!

It was just a short 62 days ago that we held you in our arms for the first time and look at you now!
I think someone has GROWN!

At your 2 month check - up,

you weighed: 14 lbs 11 oz - 95th percentile

your length: 24 3/4 inches long - between 95th and 100th percentile!

At this age, you....

are wearing size 3 - 6 months, and 6 months. At this rate, you will get to wear Layton's baby clothes from his first summer, even though you were born in opposite seasons.

are wearing size 2/3 diapers.

are a great nurser, eating about every 3 hours during the day, and are still exclusive breastfed. You are starting to stretch your night feedings out sleeping from about 11 to 4, and then sleeping until 8 in the morning.

are such a good and happy baby, you hardly ever cry unless you are hungry, have a wet/dirty diaper, or are extremely tired.


noticed your big brother for the first time this month. When you smile at him, Layton says, "Look Mommy, he's "smiwing!"are very adaptable, and a great traveler. You have been to see Mady, to see Mimi and Pops, and to see Grammie and Granddaddy, and the Lake. As long as your tummy is full, you love to ride in your car seat.

love your mobile, bouncy seat and your changing table - waving your arms, kicking your legs and cooing/squealing! It is so cute! I love hearing your voice!

have started to grab objects, like Mommy's finger and phone! Seriously, it is like you are saying, 'put that thing up and pay attention to me!"

love sucking on your hands and fingers. This is new to Mommy, big brother only preferred a pacifier...I wonder if you'll be different?

and last but not least, you are extremely loved by all of us, I must say, you have stolen our hearts!

My only complaint is that time is passing too quickly.
I'm trying to soak up every single second of this sweet baby boy!
