Cousins

Miss Mady came to visit Layton and Luke this week!

Since we live in different cities, I appreciate that Danielle and I coordinate a monthly visit. I feel it is so important that Layton, Luke and Mady grow up knowing one another and not just causally seeing each other at family functions and holidays. I missed that part of growing up around my cousins and I desperately want that for my boys.

It was so great to see Mady again. Layton loves seeing his Aunt Danielle and his Mimi got to visit this time too!

Danielle and I love how the Luke and Mady interact with one another. Mady, who is 5 months old, really took an interest in Luke. She would just stare, as if she was saying, "Who are you? Are we related?" Luke didn't pay that much attention to her, but every now and then he would grab her or invade her space. She would cry and Luke would get a concerned look on his face. It was hilarious! :)

Poor Lukey Bear, he hadn't cried all day, and then it all came at once.He was exhausted beyond exhausted, and definitely let us know it!
