Two Weeks Old and a Trip

Happy Two Week Birthday, Baby Luke!

*wearing 0-3 months clothes and some 3 month! Nothing newborn fits...it barely did when you were born!


On your two week birthday, you took your first road trip. Yes, Mommy had to get out of the house and she did it all by herself! So, we went to Campbellsville, where your Mimi and Pop live. They were very excited to see you! :) I think that your Big Brother was even more excited to see them.

While we were there, you got to be meet your Great Grandmother, Maui. Yes, this is an unusual name, but it's your Mommy's fault. When she was little, she couldn't say, "Mary", which is her name...she said, "Maui". It stuck.

So, let me introduce you to your Maui.

Here she is meeting you for the very first time.
She squealed with delight as she laid eyes on your sweet face.

Then she got to hold her third great grandchild...what a blessing!

And even let him ride his golf cart inside, since it was snowing outside!
